Provider Terms & Quality Standard

These terms apply to every contractor and service professional who applies to or participates in MiaMadie Services.

Effective August 5, 2026 · Contact: miamadieinc@gmail.com

1. Independent provider relationship and responsibility for services

Providers are independent businesses or independent contractors, not employees, agents, joint venturers, or partners of MiaMadie or Raffan Enterprise LLC. Providers independently decide whether to accept an offered request and control how they perform accepted work. Each provider is solely responsible for the provider's workmanship, methods, professional judgment, tools, personnel, supervision, credentials, permits, insurance, taxes, legal compliance, errors, omissions, property damage, personal injury, and other acts or failures arising from the provider's services. MiaMadie operates the marketplace and support process; it does not perform or supervise provider work. Nothing in these Provider Terms excludes obligations or liability that applicable law does not allow MiaMadie to exclude.

2. Eligibility, credentials, and insurance

Providers may purchase membership and apply before they have general liability insurance. An applicant who does not have the required coverage at application has 90 calendar days from the application date to upload and verify it. After MiaMadie verifies the applicant's identity, W-9, service credentials, independent-contractor agreement, and Stripe payout readiness, MiaMadie may label the profile “Provisionally verified — insurance probation.” This provisional label is not full activation, does not represent that the provider is insured, and provides no job access. No uninsured provider may receive, view, or claim a job. The profile becomes insurance overdue and remains paused if the deadline passes without verification. A provider may become fully activated only after MiaMadie verifies the insurance and every other requirement for the provider's service and jurisdiction. Providers must give accurate information and maintain all required coverage.

3. Job offers, claims, and customer respect

Providers may join from up to 20 miles around MiaMadie's launch area. A request is not a guaranteed job. When available, providers who are within 20 miles of a job may receive an offer and choose to claim it. Providers must keep their availability and location information accurate, must accurately describe their qualifications, arrive on time when a booking is accepted, perform work professionally, and communicate material scope or price changes before beginning added work. Providers may not discriminate, harass, threaten, steal, misrepresent services, or perform unsafe or unlawful work.

4. Optional transactional text messages

A provider may separately and voluntarily select the unchecked SMS consent checkbox to request low-volume transactional text messages from MiaMadie Services about available jobs and related account, service, or support updates. SMS consent is not a condition of applying, purchasing membership, or receiving service. Providers who do not consent may receive communications by email or through their account instead. Message frequency varies based on provider eligibility, availability, and nearby customer requests. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help, or email miamadieinc@gmail.com. Opting out stops text alerts but does not cancel an application or membership or change other obligations. Our Privacy Notice explains how mobile information and SMS consent are handled.

5. Membership and platform participation

The MiaMadie Contractor Membership costs $49 at Stripe checkout and renews monthly until canceled. Membership billing and job eligibility are separate. Payment does not guarantee verification, activation, requests, earnings, or a particular number of jobs. Billing continues while insurance or other verification is pending or overdue unless the provider cancels. A provider who misses the 90-day insurance deadline remains ineligible for jobs but remains responsible for canceling the membership to stop future renewal. Providers can cancel online through their MiaMadie account; cancellation stops renewal after the current paid billing period.

6. Featured Contractor placement

An eligible provider may purchase a voluntary Featured Contractor add-on for $29 per month in addition to the Contractor Membership. Featured placement is advertising, not a quality rating or a guarantee of work, leads, earnings, ranking, or job offers. Any placement is subject to profile verification, available advertising space, and continued good standing. MiaMadie will clearly identify featured placement to customers as Sponsored or Paid Advertisement. The add-on never changes the 20-mile job-claim rule, customer-review process, licensing requirements, job matching, or enforcement of these Provider Terms. MiaMadie may pause or remove a featured placement when a provider is suspended, is no longer eligible, or materially misrepresents services.

7. Quality, complaints, and the three-strike rule

Only verified feedback from completed MiaMadie bookings may count toward a provider's standing. MiaMadie may investigate a complaint and provide the provider a reasonable opportunity to respond. Three upheld negative review findings from separate completed jobs result in automatic removal from MiaMadie. Serious safety, fraud, theft, harassment, insurance, or licensing concerns may result in immediate suspension or removal.

8. Arrival, time, completion, and payout review

A provider may not mark a booking started or completed unless the provider has actually arrived at the service location and completed the agreed work. Providers must check in when they arrive, maintain accurate service notes, check out when they leave, and submit truthful arrival, work-time, completion information, and requested proof. For hourly work, the first booked hour is an arrival minimum only when the provider arrived ready to work. After that, a provider must request an additional 30 or 60 minutes before continuing, and the customer must approve it in the platform. Flat-rate jobs do not create extra hourly charges.

Job closeout has three separate steps: the provider marks the agreed work complete; the customer separately confirms the provider has left; and the customer approves the work or reports an incomplete job or other concern. Departure confirmation does not approve the work or release payment. Customer approval makes the booking eligible for MiaMadie payout review but does not guarantee an immediate payout. A reported concern may keep payout on hold while the booking record and both sides' information are reviewed. Providers may not pressure a customer to confirm departure, approve completion, or withhold a concern. False check-ins, inflated time, falsified notes or proof, and efforts to bypass the platform are grounds for immediate suspension or removal.

9. Contractor pricing, payments, and records

MiaMadie's launch model does not deduct a percentage or per-job platform commission from the service price agreed between a provider and customer. MiaMadie's separate client platform fee is disclosed to the customer and is not taken from the contractor's agreed service price. The $49 monthly Contractor Membership is separately disclosed and starts at Stripe checkout. It continues until canceled even when insurance verification or job eligibility is pending. Providers must keep accurate records required for their business and tax obligations. MiaMadie may maintain booking, payment, feedback, and compliance records to operate the platform, address disputes, and protect customers and providers.

10. Updates and contact

MiaMadie may update these Provider Terms as the platform develops. Continued participation after an update takes effect means the provider accepts the updated terms. Questions, credential submissions, and cancellation requests may be sent to miamadieinc@gmail.com.
